We do hope that you mention 23rd October as in this year and not in next year. :)

Like our team member said, no ticket was left unreplied for more than 8 hours.
Also, in my last sentence I mentioned "sometimes".
We are always trying to give our best but SOMETIMES it can take a bit more time than our usual high speed response time. But it'll never take more than 24 hours even in extreme cases. So, don't worry.
