don't put tickets here, InstantRDP cannot respond to you guys here. They have been warned, so they will not respond. If they respond here, they will get banned or topic closed.

I am sure they should respond to your tickets. It is not their fault. If their ISP having fault, they can't help much. ISP have to respond to them first.. I normally don't make tickets, but they have always responded tickets in 24 hours.
Have some patience.
I know it sucks to not able to use RDP. It's not the end of the world. It's not the fault of InstantRDP.
