Its not your connection of course. Your connection has got nothing to do with uploading/downloading speeds to file hosts.

Open a ticket, that'll help us to diagnose the issue.
 
I renew it for the 3 or 4 time :D ..Great support, good services..and for almost a month no major problems on "my" server :D.
Is worthing be a client here.
