As I am getting out of warez, I forgot that I still had InsaneCoderz.net

Auction ended and a winning bid was accepted and to back out of it because you failed to check your pm's is not acceptable imo. I will open a discussion in the staff section to see what action if any should be taken but I think that there should be some consequence for failing to honor a sale.

The offer via PM shows 03:24, that was before the Auction opened yesterday, or well after it was closed today.

Its very lame for someone even to send an offer by PM after an auction has been won.



Unclesam had an offer from Zero of $100 via PM after he won it, i bet the same person offered the OP $100 after he declined.
 
Its in the rules that buyers can't back out of deals so I still think its unfair that sellers can.

Members who win bids and fail to follow through with purchases may receive warnings and in certain cases a ban.
But it seems that I'm alone in my opinion so I guess the matter is closed.
