Hi,
At the time, I changed all the thumbnails one by one with what you told me... but again, more redirects in all domains and almost everything lost again... if you change it, why don't you make sure that the thumbnails also redirect? ...what chaos!
Hey!
There is no recent change of any domain / setup from our side and everything is working fine.
Try clearing your browser cache / disabling your antivirus/firewall.
If you are still facing the issue kindly send me some detail of issue in PM (domain / link / location / browser)
We'll try to find the problem.
Thank you

Hi,
The last time you told me in private:
replace: usepic.xyz with usefto.com
replace: surfpic.xyz with getfto.com
replace: tryimg.xyz with trypicz.com
replace: imgly.xyz with imgzmet.com
replace: piclabs.xyz with piczlabs.com
replace: imghq.xyz with piczhq.com

What happens to all the thumbnails for all the domains you changed...including the thumbnail links you changed?
unless they are changed by hand one by one... on the websites they are no longer seen because they do not exist
What sense does it make to redirect the domains of the images and that the thumbnails cannot do it... I give some examples:

An image from imgdew.com redirects to meetimgz.co but its thumbnail also changes from id01.imgdew.com/i to f5.imgzmet.com/i
imgtown.net redirects to trypicz.com and its thumbnail from it1.imgtown.net/i to jg2.trypicz.com/i
imgview.net redirects to piczlabs.com and its thumbnail has changed from iv1.imgview.net to dr2.piczlabs.com

All this has nothing to do with caches, or antivitrus... I found out like the previous time... based on repeated requests from users to reupload images... because thumbnails are not shown... it seems Those images no longer exist.

Ultimately...the question is...do you have a solution? Or is there only the option to change by hand one by one each and every one of the links of each thumbnail?
Regards

Last year that was a one time incident because those domains were blocked by registrar and it was not in our hands to solve it.

The issue you described could be some misconfiguration. We'll check and resolve it soon. You don't have to edit/replace anything.

We have checked and mostly everything is working perfectly. There was a small issue in latest chrome which has been resolved. Now all old domains/thumbnails should be working/redirecting properly too. No need to edit/change anything.

Hi,
Well, you still haven't told me how it's going, I'll tell you how the situation is; you have solved the domains that I gave as an example the other day... good job:ok_hand:... but there are many that remain unresolved:

- http://iv1.imgview.net/i to https://dr2.piczlabs.com/i
- http://iv2.imgview.net to https://dr2.piczlabs.com/i
- http://it1.imgtown.net/i to https://jg2.trypicz.com/i
- http://it4.imgtown.net/i to https://jg2.trypicz.com/i
- http://m01.imgmaze.com/i to https://f5.imgzmet.com
- http://iv1.imgview.net/i to https://dr2.piczlabs.com/i
- http://r01.imgrock.net/i to https://pi3.piczhq.com/i
- http://m01.imgmaze.com/i to https://f5.imgzmet.com/i
- http://imgdew.com to https://dewimg.com/ but
http://id01.imgdew.com/i to https://ge7.getfto.com/i it don't work.
https://dewimg.com And https://tezzpic.com are infected and the antivirus blocks them due to Blacklist, in addition to the fact that the browsers block all their pop-up pages... I don't know if these domains make much sense and the future... if those of us who post have to deactivate the antivirus to be able to upload images. .the poor users....

Wow, now I see by chance that you had answered but editing the previous response...curious...as I said that there are many unresolved.

Well, even more curious... it's the forum itself that does it... so it's very likely that you'll miss answers :slight_frown:

Just tested these again and all are working/redirecting fine. Try clearing your browser cache / try different location using VPN.

https://dewimg.com And https://tezzpic.com are infected and the antivirus blocks them due to Blacklist,
Because of this and some other reasons, we have to redirect domains sometime. Let me know the name of antivirus software and we'll try to resolve the issue.

If you still don't see proper thumbs, We need more detailed info from you. (browser + location + antivirus/firewall name + your username on imgdew.com).
Thanks

I already explained that it's not my problem... but rather that I expose the complaints of the users who are the ones who download the images. Users have no idea what antivirus and security settings they may have.
Personally, those domains and crownimg.com (I don't use it for this very reason) Avast marks it as infected by Blacklist and blocks them... and all browsers (Edge, Chrome and Firefox) block each and every one of the pages ...this is also a big complaint from users.
Thank you for responding and addressing the situation as always.

I'm sorry, I wanted to say that I don't know the security settings that my users use...I imagine that if they did

Thank you for the info. Avast issue has been resolved for those domains. Now Avast with default settings is not blocking any link.

Thanks for letting us know. We've reported false positive to avast support couple of days ago and just got confirmation that domain will be removed from their database in their next update.

Everything continues the same and users report to me that now the antivirus also skips with k9.usefto.com infected by scam :disappointed:

No idea why avast falsely blocking those domains again and again while all domains are safe in nearly all other antiviruses. Anyway just got their support's reply that they have cleared the reputation of domains again.

Sorry to be annoying, but users now report to me that Malwarebytes blocks imgdew.com, imgview.net and ro1.imgrock.net as malicious

Hello,

I recently signed up on the website and am trying to upload my first set of images. However, once I select all the images and set the thumbnail size and all details, the site gets stuck on the "Initializing upload" progress bar with 0% improvement. I have tried to close and re-upload multiple times with no success. Is there any ongoing issue with the upload?

Thank you for looking into this!

Hey!
Its an known issue. Uploading works perfectly in background even if progress bar is not working. Just wait for some time and all links will be generated once uploading is done. You can click progress "on" "off" button after some time to get updated status. We'll try to solve progress bar issue.
Thank you

Hello,

Thank you for clarifying. However, this seems to be a permanent issue in my case. I kept the upload running for 10-15 minutes to upload 236 images but the progress bar never refreshed. I tried switching on/off the progress without any success.

Can you please assist me with this issue?

It could be a timeout issue with too many files / large total upload sizes / slow upload speed. Try uploading in small batches for now.
