This option start immediately when entering desired sizes and clicking on "Update" button and it is valid for new uploaded images and also for remote upload. You can change thumb size whenever you want to.
P.S. Smaller sizes gets more clicks but be careful when posting, read site (forum, blog, tube...) rules of minimum thumb size before posting.

You pay big amounts very late..i am not saying you don't pay...but there is delay in payment..accept it.
you charge fees for paying us the amount which no other domain does...thats true you charge fees for paypal and bitcoin payments
you have so many pop ups that you get blocked again n again on most popular sites....were you not blocked on KAT ??

don't take it in a negative way....take it as a feedback, this will improve your business and your chances of earning more
