I need nulled cpanel for localhost

I need a cpanel for my localhost WAMP server. I tried some cpanels but cant find any nulled ones.
Can you guys tell me that is it even possible to setup a cpanel at local server.
If so please guide me thanks :D

Ya they do give a free trail, but they aren't accepting my ip. As they require it for a free trail

Just mail them tell them you want to use the trial on your localhost before you want to go fully online.
