I need a reliable host for my brand new warez link site, I need about 3~7GB disk space, as much as possible bandwidth for it's development, my small budget is about 3~4$/mo. Give me ur suggestions, please. And if any one know where I can find a free one, please pm me, that will be happy!:D

And how do u think about OVH's shared plan? It seems attractable.

I would stay away from ovh, i believe their servers are located in france and the uk, thats not really offshore. Plus i haven't heard very good things about their plans.
