The domain was registered only a few hours before Vuze died. Odd, that. Considering Vuze folded because of money problems, leaving customers without services or their files, and the fact that on the Vuze website they're directing customers to Hydrode's services.

Except if you're a customer of Vuze, a company you bought.

If you didn't buy their customer base, what exactly did you buy? You didn't buy their good reputation, because it's trashed now, it's worth nothing.

If you did buy their customer base, it's your responsibility to refund or provider services to customers who've been left with nothing after only a few days' service.

If you buy a company, you buy their debts as well. Unless, of course, this is all a big scam...

Well Hydrode, Ive removed my comment on what i said, As only a few members are flaming over the situation i'd like more proof that it is vuze, How ever as you purchased vuze you should still keep their clients contracts ;) As if they paid for 8 months hell if they paid for 10 years.

It should still be honored :)
 
This has been too much of a problem.

I purchased Vuze in confidence that i would be able to offer great hosting solutions and offer previous Vuze customers something to fall back on.

I managed to speak to the previous owner about 10 minutes ago who has said that they will take Vuze back. Starting tomorrow i will be giving them the company back for basically half what i paid for it.

Hydrode Hosting is NOT Vuze Hosting, and i have no part of even purchasing it anymore, i was not given what i was told i would receive from them.

Hydrode Hosting WILL continue to offer Excellent Hosting solutions, so please do come by and give us a try.
 
Hmmm, All i honestly have to say now is Hmmmm.

If i bought a hosting company, I wouldnt sell it or give it back, Id work to make it better i just wouldnt give up unless its honestly been a lie all along.

I see your point, however many people are insinuating that we are Vuze, and as you can see from threads like this, is is not making our reputation as a new company very good, especially since we are spending money on advertising campaigns.

As we are new, we really don't want to make our reputation bad because of something we purchased to try and make it better

We will be keeping certain aspects of Vuze Hosting such as the advertising materials and site content.

im noob about all these detail stuff. I just wonder is that needed to update whois for HYDRODE since it was created at 16-oct-2010, :P why need made a change at same time with vuzehosting
 
The domain registration has already been explained previously... This is why i don't even want Vuze anymore, im going through exactly the same conversation with everyone!

As ive stated, Vuze will be given back to the original owners, it has nothing to do with me now, now do i want it to be after the issues it has caused for me!
 
You still haven't explained why the customers of a company you now own aren't being provided with the services they've paid for.
 
Because the data was completely wiped before i purchased, Vuze had not paid their bills, i believed that i could trust the person i was buying it from as i had spoken to him online on a regular basis for almost 2 years prior to the purchase. This is why everything happened so fast, he seemed very eager to sell.

Since the data has been wiped, i cannot prove who was on what package, or even if they where a previous customer with Vuze.

I have tried to help though SJACK by giving all those who claim to be Vuze Hosting previous customers 1 free month of Hosting, which in my opinion is still something good.
