my payout doesn't generated the request automatically

Looking into this now.
All downloads should be counted and we'll update the counter once we find the problem.

Sorry about the deleted files. You can re-upload them if you still have the source. We are applying some updates and fixes and some issues might happen. but the deleted files are less than 150 files in total.

Can you please check your download counters now and let us know the result?

Some files stuck while a transfer process is in progress. That's why.
Really sorry about that. We are working on making every thing passes smoothly.
