Hello hulkfile i cannot disable the security lock, because the link to disable the security lock doesn't reach to my mail, please disable it, my username is andrawes, i sent you a email to support@hulkfile.com, thanks.

Hello hulkfile, until now you doesn't disable the security lock in my account, i need to change the payment details, because you don't pay more with paypal, please disable the security lock in my account, thanks.

Can you give me a list of the files deleted? Or a list with all files I had in my account?

About FTP, is definitive? Because was the only way for me.

You should receive a list of removed files by the end of this day.
FTP has been discontinued until we enhance the system but until this moment we have announcement with FTP discontinuation.

We told you the steps you should do to receive the unlock link by email.
Please let us know if these steps failed.

If I use remote upload and the original file is deleted, my file in HulkFile will be deleted too?

why is hulkfile deleting files that I just uploaded a few days ago

I have a Premium account so I can't understand why this would happen

and it is not because of DMCA issues because the files are not posted any where yet
 
I think that we will receive the list.
I have many links without mirror, so I'm in a hurry to restore links ... but would not want they were deleted again ..

You didn't received our reply because your email prevent messages from our domain.
This is the reply of Help Desk:

If you can add "hulkfile.eu" and "hulkfile.com" to your safe senders list of outlook.com, you will be able to receive our emails.

Please try first and let us know as we don't recommend doing security related issues by ourselves.

To do this:
1. Click on the gear icon on the top right corner of your outlook.com email.
2. Click on More mail settings.
3. Click on Safe and blocked senders
4. Click on Safe senders and then add "hulkfile.eu" and "hulkfile.com"

And try again, you should be able to receive our emails.
