how work Payoneer card ?

well , i would love to use payoneer since it seems very reiable but i don't know any filehost that pays through payoneer .
if you can convince big filehosts (fileserve, filesonic,wupload blablabla) to use you (idk how)
i can assure you that your users will double in now time .

Well, you can refer them to us. I can pass these on as leads and we can try to contact them, but it will always be better if we are requested as a payment method. Let me know which other ones you'd like us to try to contact.

can i load it from my friend CC and use it for shooping/paypal/ Godaddy... without receiving first payment from Odesk ?
 
Hello , since a long time ( not very very long ) im interested in payoneer card , cuz i found that it can be loaded with alertpay balance , which is very good for me since i work and get paid throught alertpay , but the problem is that i don't know how to apply for that card , if i sign up in infolinks , will i be able to apply for payoneer card ? or is there any way to do it ? i made an odesk account but i didn't understand much how to order a card .. can you please explain me ? and im from tunisia btw :)

No, you would need to receive at least one payment through a partner before you can load it yourself.

You can apply for the card through an bof our partners, such as oDesk or Infolinks. You need to select Payoneer as your payment method, and signing up is easy. We have a lot of users from Tunisia. :-)

Because of regultions we are bound by, you can't load your card through a credit card until you have received a payment from at least one partner.

Ah , i found some service on net that will add money to your Odesk account and then you can load your card for the first time ( since i ordered my card on odesk ) but i have a question that i didn't find an answer , after the first time confirmation of the cc , i mean first time load and activation , how can i load it again with money and use it for online and offline shopping ? can i load it from alertpay ( but the credit card withdrawal is not available now .. ) or paypal ? or do i have to buy a service that will load my card for a specifiq amout ?

You should contact our support team to see the status of your account. Depending on it's status, we may order you a new card, or ask that you open a new one. You can contact our support team here: http://www.payoneer.com/contactUs.aspx

Hi mamiman,

I would be very cautious about services offering to load your card - it is extremely expensive and you should be careful. May I ask who it is?

Once you have received a partner payment, you can most likely receive payments through Alert Pay since I am told they have a service where they pay out to MasterCard. In this case, you would need to contact them for information about how to transfer your funds to a MasterCard.

We do not currently have a partnership with PayPal (though we would love for everyone to let them know you'd like us to have one), so you can't load your funds through them.

Hi SaMmy,

I'm not 100% sure how to load through Alert Pay. Like I mentioned, I hear they give the option to withdraw your funds to a MasterCard, so just ask their support how to load to a MasterCard.

Well , i will pm you the site which i will try to buy the load service and you can check it and i will pm you the instructions too since it's an arabic website :)
