Need help with TE3 WordPress integration

I'm trying to do some link exchange with a WordPress site I have. I installed TE3 on to my server made a simple template for the links to be viewed and added the required code to the WordPress header. I must have done something wrong or there is a new way to setup te3 on WordPress.
If anyone has used TE3 on WordPress can you explain how to use te3 on WordPress, thank you.
