With rapidleech all you have to do is acces your ftp and upload all the files into a folder and adjust the chmod on the folders to get the rar working.

folders and files => 755

but don't forget to do the same for the 2 files inside the rar folder.

Basically, that's it what M107 said.

However, you need to create and add a domain, because kloxo doesn't accept you to access your site on a IP ....

Me .... because Kloxo does not allow you to access a site on IP.

Please enlighten us how to access you site on IP on the web.

This is what you get if you don't map your IP to a domain:

If you are seeing this page, it means that web has not been configured for this domain on this server.

This could be due to the following causes:

# Kloxo has not restarted the web server yet after you added the domain. Please wait for the web server to restart.

# The domain is pointing to the wrong Kloxo server. Ping the domain and make sure that the IP matches one of the IPaddress seen in admin home -> ipaddresses

# If you are seeing this page when you try to access an IP like http://192.168.1.1, then that means that the IP has not yet been mapped to a domain. Go to client home -> ipaddresses -> ipaddress home -> domain config and map an IP to a domain.

# Once you map an IP to a domain, then you have to make sure that the domain pings back to the same IP. Otherwise, if you try to access the domain, you will get this page. So IP -> domain.com should mean that domain.com pings to the same IP.

Weird, i have a Linux VPS, Kloxo installed, and i access via VPS's IP.

Its this format (if you didn't know it)

Code:
IPHERE/~admin(your account)/rapidleech folder/

Yes, weird, because I tried that on my US VPS. Burst.net told me that you have to map to a domain.

Maybe it has changed with the new version.

Well, anyway, he can try it.

install lighttpd or apache and php first, ftp server, mysql if you need first. or something with an admin panel already... kloxo, webmin, etc. then you install RL and all the other stuff. :)

for nameservers, as sniffdog said: Use the same IP for both 2 nameservers.

also i agree with Whoo. i like more to install it all manual lighttpd, php, ftp server. because it eats up less memory, cpu, etc. resources. + i did that a week or 2 ago and i think that i learned this pretty good. was my first vps too. :)

Kloxo installs by default Apache, PHP, MySQL, FTP so he should have those already.

BTW I tried to access my RL on IP but couldn't get it to appear.

IP/~admin/folder/rl but it doesn't show up ... while I can access it on domain ...

dude, u need to install kloxo first and then upload by kloxo.
get a free domain (co[dot]cc) and host ur rapidleech in it.
Otherwise, u need to upload files to www/var/html
