With rapidleech all you have to do is acces your ftp and upload all the files into a folder and adjust the chmod on the folders to get the rar working. folders and files => 755 but don't forget to do the same for the 2 files inside the rar folder.

Download quota doesn't really matter, i've got unlimited bandwidth :D
