you can use free wordpress plugins like : Updraftplus

i can easily backup my 50GB website

you can also try other well know and established plugins like :

- all in one wp migration
- Duplicator

On Wordpress you can use UpdraftPlus, it's a plugin that allows to backup your stuff. I personally like to do a cpanel 'dump' every once in a while. Database and public_html files.

I install the UpdraftPlus plugin and start the backup.. but more than 24h later the backup was still not finished... It was only 5GB till than, my website was slow loading and I stop it and delete the plugin..huh
