Alertpay I tried to use it on my forum to approve your site that ask you all these lame questions to weed out the warez sites dropped them when I saw this. I am using Dwolla for $10 donations no fees

Hi,
I think I read somewhere that someone mentioning Flattr. However, the amount that can be donated is pretty limited. Another thing I just got to know about Flattr is that they have an offline version called Flattirl. It generates a QR code that you can use at venues, etc., and people just have to flash your barcode to access the Flattr button and donate.

Alterpay is out I tried already they ask you way to many questions about your site if it is warez they will deny your site. Now if you can use Dwolla.com if your in the US it is easy to set a donation button $10 or less no fees $10+ .25 fee
