How do i oreder AlertPay prepaid card? Dont seem to find the option to order. I am from india btw. anybody can help me?

The AlertPay PrePaid Debit Card has not yet been fully launched. At this time, our new PrePaid Cards are undergoing a trial phase with a few select members. Once the trial has ended, the cards will become available for all AlertPay members!

Alert is kinda retarded, use anything besides that...They thought my Credit card for a debit card so they wouldn't except it...that happened 2 times with 2 credit cards by the way.
