How can I change the display of a thread?

Is there a way to change the display of a thread into an article exactly how http://vbulletin.org has it's mods and themes?

Im using vb 4 and cant figure it out

I want the board to list the threads like this

This is how I want the threads to show up as

and what I want replies to show up as

I think vBorg uses a mod that changes everything into look like vb.org but I don't think it's available for v4 and above. :\

To have that kinda postbit you have to go to AdminCP > vBulletin Options > Style & Language Settings > Use Legacy (Vertical) Postbit Template > NO
