i am facing many problems,in 100tbh panel it shows 400mb ram usage,but in whm it shows upto 1gb ram using at same time,and server load is too high,even i am doing nothing,also tried to restart and shutdown but both not working.what the hell going on..

I have opened a ticket too. View Ticket #232172

I have a little confuse , With Semi Plan , it's a RDP or VPS ???
RDP always have overload disk issue.
Windows 7 Pro with RDP
Windows Server 2008 R2 Standard x64 Edition with RDP

Hi,

It is a VPS but comes with RDP - but this is your own machine so it is not shared and you can install anything you like.

"Round the clock support" isn't around the clock, tends to exclude weekends, had my VPS offline and an open ticket for over a day now. The only substitute for no support is good service, which seems to be lacking here
 
well you don't answer ticket properly untill we say here ,i am your long term client never got any reply untill i say here ........ i think you active here more than your site....

Wasn't after support from here, I've got my ticket open already you're working on it "ASAP", well you were 2 days ago so I assume you still are.
