The template does me no good and I bought full right to the template so I can do what ever I wish to the template.

Sean made this template for ACE and I but we can't use it. He wouldn't give a refund for the template so to cover the loss I am selling it to make back some money.

Only Selling 1 copy of the template!
 
You clearly DO NOT know what you bought & at no point were full rights sold, what was sold was a template designed for you to the specifications of ACE, it was built exactly how he required it, and he gave the all clear of it being how he wanted it.

You made payment, then made a claim to say it was unauthorized use of your account, but I also have the chatlog from you confirming payment.

So in turn you lying to paypal, to try scam the template out of me instead, but the claim was won by me :)
 
I told ACE once I seen the template and I seen you had same one on your hosting site. There is nothing different from the one you were using except the banner and navbar. Not worth 60$. We tried to contact you day after day and got no response.

If you will not send me refund let me sell it to make back my money.
 
It was ACE that put forward the price I meerly agreed & it was not just for the PSD it was also coded.

ACE told me what to change so I changed it, he OK'd it, you payed, I believe this would be fault on your part for OK'ing it and not me :)

& No i did not use it on my website, there was an "alike" design in my PORTFOLIO

Wheres my money dude? you said you would reimburse for the template because it oviously did not meet what we intended. and we did talk about it. and YOU said you would give us our money back.. and you have not..

Btw, I am sure he blocked on his first msn account when he said it was " locked".. Thats why he wasnt in contact with me erlier. So after i asked around and got him on his new msn.. he said he was more worried about getting is "locked msn back" and not his clients.. ANd now his new msn for a while now, he hasnt been online for like a month since we last talked March 21, 2010.
 
I always thought these guys were shady

This is the main reason i thought myself everything graphics coding so i dont have to deal with children

Sucks to hear that ace hope dotnet will stop being a fags and just give you the money back

Then after discussion with other webmasters, Nev, Dlow etc. they sayed it would be different if you'd payed a deposit then became unhappy.

But NOOOO, you were happy with all edits carried out then made full payment which I have proof off, then days later decided against.

The company has NO refund policy, which would not garuntee refund, and plus, ACE YOU OK'D THE TEMPLATE, then USED THE TEMPLATE

Then came back,
what was sayed on MSN was to STOP YOUR HASSLING


and to shadow? kids? think ACE is the one you want to be talking to there ;)

Lol, why do we care what other webmasters have to say about anything? This is just bullshit.. I don't care what other people have to say about it.. Paying customers is only what matters.. If you treat all your customers like crap,, you wont get anywhere. We want our money back.. Simple.
 
yes, you were a customer, you payed for a service, recieved and was happy with what you received, that's like me going into ASDA buying potatoes then decidin a don't like the shape of one and want a refund ?
