I've got access to temporary RDP which is totally unusable because all users have the same access to hard drive and all files contained in it. Because of this all my files deleted by some jerk. Totally unusable !!!

P.S. Bring back the RDP service that we paid for, or we leave you !!!

we would like to inform to all customers on france servers. we are still trying to result with ovh to bring the france servers back. as this problem beyonce our control. there are new servers arrived by monday or maybe sooner. i will switch you to those servers once when they are ready. currently we can only provide you with temporary servers for your works. we might not install applications except necessary applications on temporary servers. again we are apologized for all customers from france servers and hope you understand this matter.

We do understand and there's no rocket science behind this whole thing *Machines too need a little break sometimes and things goes beyond our control* but the best you can do is to restore the faith of customers in your company by updating them timely!

If I were you, I would not use OVH's servers anymore and would order new servers from another professional company instead.

That's needed and would be good.

but beyond that, the service must be stable, if main server goes down, we should have working temp server, sadly the temp server didn't work for more then a hour.

we understand you admin, but 4 days without rdp hurts in many ways.

sorry for not being clear.

my temp is also not working, it worked only for 1 hour after getting it yesterday, then it's down for nearly a day, and still down too.

but i hope and believe that admin will solve the problem, but it's too long of a down time which 4 days or more.

hope this won't happen in the future, 1 day is ok, but 4 days is not.



Admin, When will FR server will back to normal? at least, till that time give WORKING temp rdp.
