just give same thing to your friend who told you about our support.
and tell him to understand and fix your issue ok ?

1. You didn't explained your problem well.
2. Our staff thought you want to move, copy files from server to your home pc, so they told you use ftp, using filezilla
3. then you said are you crazy ?
4. till now you are not focused on solving your issue and you replied us we didn't understand your english well.
And :- The meaning of this proverb is that you guys do not get my point. That,s it.
- Because you are not explaining correctly what is your issue
either post screenshots or make video so we can understand
Next time dont waste more time in this fight or proving you correct.

Do you know how to write and read English conversation? Did I misbehave you in any way? 'Are you crazy' is an usual proverb used for spoken English. The meaning of this proverb is that you guys do not get my point. That,s it.
I have heard from one of my ref that your customer service guys are not polite or do not handle customer queries politely. I would advise you guys to be polite and listen to the customer properly.
This is the first time I am using a dedicated server and I would like to know what do you mean by Managed and unmanaged? I would also request to contact the admin to discuss some issue. Please request the admin to address my issue.

Its unmanaged server not managed. but we are still helping you best we can.
Give me login details + show me screenshots of issue
If you cant copy from d to e or c to d maybe its permission issue.
it should work without any issue from administrator account if you didn't changed any setting
Issue is no one getting your problem
so provide screenshots what are you doing actually.

Are you crazy? Even I can not copy from D drive to E drive. It asks me for admin permission. Should I use Filezilla for transferring data between drives?

Thanks for updating the space, but I am unable to use the other partitions. When I copy anything from my local pc to those partitions E, F and G, it says access denied.

Thanks for delivering the dedicated server. But I think I have less space as per my purchased plan: I have bought:
HP ProLiant DL120 G6 Intel Quad-Core Xeon X3440 16GB DDR3 4x2TB SATA2 1Gbps Full Duplex 100 TB (Volume network)
