if i may tell my review on the comapny

1st i have 3 Dedicated server / and one windows server from them
Support : they are AWESOME always online, friendly , do what you ask for, always looking after their clients
sales : good promos , no other site can do what they are doing !!
Price : just name one company do it as they do it whole server for 45 euro
other sale it for 76 euro and with 8GB ram not even 16

finally i recommend this company for anyone who is looking for place to stay for long time .
i really like the services in there.

In all these times i am with them for almost 2 year now , they have faced some problems so did i as an customer
but they always worked on the problems , keep us updated & solved the problems

i remember one time when i was on their RDP Plan , after i used their service for few months ,
i had a problem that i was not getting good download & upload speed
i was really frustrated cause this problem was only happening with me & my frnds who were on the same server are having no problem
& for a day or two i keep thinking i should contact them or not since it was my problem
but then i decided to chat with them on skype about my problem & i m really really glad that i did
after explaining them about my problem , they understood my problems & moved me to another server & my all problems were solved
This just shows how good & understanding their support is ,

& after about 6 - 8 months of using their RDP Service , i bought the dedicated server

You first didnt explained your problem properly
just give same thing to your friend who told you about our support.
and tell him to understand and fix your issue ok ?

1. You didn't explained your problem well.
2. Our staff thought you want to move, copy files from server to your home pc, so they told you use ftp, using filezilla
3. then you said are you crazy ?

4. till now you are not focused on solving your issue and you replied us we didn't understand your english well.

And :- The meaning of this proverb is that you guys do not get my point. That,s it.
- Because you are not explaining correctly what is your issue
either post screenshots or make video so we can understand

Next time dont waste more time in this fight or proving you correct.

Just let me know what is your issue so i can solve that.
