1. You didn't mention how my site abuse with your server. I bought your host ting for my site just for my job not for fun. I have no time to cheat or abuse. So if any just accidentally not intentionally. So if it was my fault, give me a chance to adjust. I use wordpress and all plug in from their site.
2. I just got one month hosting in order to test your service and will decide whether to go with you more. Your got very prompt action upon receipt of my payment I got all the info for hosting. Maybe in this case I am just a small customer.
3. Look at the way you wrote to me. Is that the way of a professional hosting provider? I think it look like an action of a teenager.

can you show me your pingdom log ?that our server get down daily ?? After 1month its down for 12hr because of some serious issue .
