Thank you for informing me surf2010, I shall look into the issue.

Update 2:

Received a response why KVM isn't working, it is because the data center staff are currently using it, I will have to wait until they have finished using it for it to work.

Update 3:

Regained access to KVM, looking into issue now.

Update 4:

The server crashed and then when it tried booting Litespeed was trying to take over Apache which is causing an issue, I am still looking into it now.
 
The server is being DDoS'd by an unhappy fellow, I am unsure on why someone is doing this but hopefully I'll be able to negate it.

Yes, I have said twice that I was checking it and gave an update on the situation.

I paid extra this month for the server to have something called KVM to prevent this, but it appears that the KVM isn't connected to the server for some reason..

No, I am afraid it isn't, someone is requesting a load of syn requests and they are trying to break the server, I am unsure on why someone would want to do this but anyway, I am checking for a fix.

Update:

It's definitely an unhappy chappy who is DDoSing HiloHost's server, still trying to stop it, please remain calm and remember, messaging me won't help speed the process up.
 
O well yesterday was the first day Ive not gotten a sale since buying traffic to my new website
( was thinking there may be a connection ) but that doesn't reach back far enough

edit: no responce from sp. I don't know exactly what happend:facepalm:, so much down time for last couple of month:'(, hilohost was supervv when I first bought the service. 8-)

Keep patience mate. Hopefully he also don't like down time cos it effects his business. As he mentioned before the server is under ddos attack, Lets hope he will get rid of it and everything will be back again.. :)
 
ops someone dont want Hilehost alive.. & MOD failed to protect his website anyways looking forward for a fix & meantime play that ^^ Song..

I contacted Ecatel 12 hours ago regarding a reboot, their reboot function on their website doesn't work for me, SSH won't work and remote KVM won't work because someone else is constantly using it (past 14 hours)
