Update 2: I have contacted WHM technical staff and they have told me that they believe it is the firewall that is preventing website from loading as it is preventing a service to do with the name servers starting up. As soon as Ecatel/My datacenter reply to me and enable SSH again I shall login to the server and disable the firewall and will decide what to do from there, if it is working obviously I will reconfigure the firewall, if it still isn't working I may have to resort to reinstalling the operating system.

Added after 6 Hours 14 minutes:

All websites are working correctly from my computer. Please let me know if any of you are experiencing any problems. If you made a support ticket in the last 48 hours that still hasn't been dealt with please feel free to create a new one or update your existing one so it is easier to mange as there are quite a vast amount of tickets that were created.

Feel free to pm me if you need any advice towards what to do with the firewall as i don't understand how your bind (if used) can have a issue with the firewall, maybe a corrupted file.

Thanks Loony, The problem was that the firewall was preventing a service from starting up that was required for websites to load.

my site is still down btw created a ticket regarding this

I've replied to all tickets, please respond and let me know.
 
Please create a support ticket and I shall be able to check and fix everything from there, sometimes the mail server plays up a little bit so it is always your safest option to create a support ticket.
 
my site down again , this i a lot of downtime for short period . i don't care for lost days on hilo , i care about losing visitors , losing rank on alexa (went more than 300000 up for few days ) and losing days on expensive RL .
sp32 you know that i respect you very much , one of the most respected on wj , AND i tottaly understand that this things happend , but it is taking to much time to fix those things .

Your site is either EXTREMELY busy or you were being DDoS'd, I had no choice but to disable your service as it was causing lots of other peoples websites to load slowly. I can provide you with your backups/all files and can help you transfer to a new server but I can no longer support your website. Sorry.
 
I have no idea what is causing this ! Coz my site is not that much popular. As you know it doesnt even consume 50% of its per month bandwidth allocation. Can you guess whats the fact? What should I do now?
 
The only thing I can suggest is for you to move to a Dedicated server or maybe a VPS. The amount of connections you had connecting to your site were way too many compared to normal. Your website normally had quite a lot of connections but I allowed it for over a month because you are a good client and a good WJunction member but I was literally left with no choice but to suspend your website, sorry buddy.

I have to look after the majority of my clients and not just one.
 
If anyone wants to purchase hosting for 3 or 6 months let me know and I will be able to hook you up with a discount - obviously if you choose 6 months you will get more of a discount than what I would give to a 3 month period.
