I've tried explaining that I don't want anymore clients on the current server as it will start getting too full, the money I've so far raised doesn't even reach the costs of the server. Therefore that would mean that I am paying for my business to earn me money. I can't oversell as I have want to keep the quality of the server. 3.29$ isn't biggest amount of money in the world for what you are getting.

Another thing to consider is that most shared hosting companies drastically over sell the servers which KnownSRV may do (before anybody starts I have no idea if they do or not nor am I accusing them of such doing I am simply trying to make a point). HiloHost on the other might not over sell and as such there are fewer people on the server which means less income which bumps up the price a little.

Just a few things for you to perhaps think about and consider (y)

Honestly, SP32 deserves to run a hosting company, he knows what he's doing and very polite. Yes I do own my own hosting company but honestly I don't think SP32 is my competition because he's more experienced at this than me and I'm just starting off but he deserves a lot.
 
also i forget to say , i think there was no need to raise space and bandtwith ! new prices and old space and BW are tottaly ok . my suggestion is to get them back to old , so you can earn and sell more services , but , what is done is done !
 
Space and bandwidth aren't costing me much money, it's just the fact that the server is limited to x accounts. It's the websites that use the CPU. It doesn't hurt in the slightest to increase bandwidth + storage.
 
I uploaded WP 3.3, created a database and edited the wp-config.php file.
But when i go to ip/username/wp-admin/install.php i get this:
404 Not Found

The server can not find the requested page:
xx.xx.xx.xx/~ghfgfg (port 80)

Please forward this error screen to xx.xx.xx.xx's WebMaster.

You'll need to set it it up via your domain, the temporary offline accounts haven't been set up as they can be abused in terms of bandwidth usage.
 
If it is a specific issue with your hosting account then I would recommend opening a ticket, on the other hand if it is just a general inquiry about HiloHost then reply in this thread (y)

just a simple question
never worked with domains or webhosting before but have some knowledge*

now i have to go to my domain control panel to put nameservers right?

can i know whats nameserver(dns?) should i put? ns1.hilohost.com? or something like that! or should i put this ip 80.82.65.164

i went to cpanel simple dns editor but found nothing....

yes, go to your domain registrar, the website you bought the domain from and put the name servers as ns3.hilohost.com and ns4.hilohost.com

Update: Set up the new server, so new clients will be now added to that server.
