FS2 is down. Shitty hardware in the data center causing issues again. I'm relocating this server to the same provider as FS3. Hopefully I can get it back online very soon!

" Uploads are disabled for subscribers, you must be a contributor to upload files. Register a new account to upload files. "

What do you do there?
You can't see the account status "uploader" anywhere. :-(

I've clarified by email.
registered = uploaders
premium = downloaders

There is no need (if your intention is to upload) to buy a premium account.

Correct if they're downloading from FS2 as that server is down.
The rest of the file servers are fine.

Just bought another 10GBPS server, going to try to transfer all files from FS2 to this new server.
 
I have this "maintanance mode" problem with many, many files.
Are they all stored on FS2?
How can I see, on what server the files are stored?

7000 files are on FS2. There are more on FS1.
The only way you can tell is to take a look at the download link.

This feature has now been added.

Before the conversion of premium user to Uploader Status you allowed to place 50 links in the remote http upload queue.
Now I'm Uploader and may place only 10 links.
"You can leech MB more RapidShare files today. Sie können bis zu 10 URLs eingeben, eine per Zeile"

That is very little.
Can you please allow the number of 50 links?

I cannot change Profit Mode anymore:
Profit mode "MIX 55% of Downloads 55% of Sales" is selected, but I can't change to another mode.

Just a heads up guys, FS2's files may not be recoverable. The data center are refusing to give us access to KVM to try and salvage the data, they're only offering us a reinstall.
Do not host with fdcservers.net they're useless.

All other file servers are online and working normally though.
 
I've spotted a small bug on the upload page. When you upload, remote upload the info that is displayed in that center box the text will flash then turn black and can't read it since it is on a black background. I know normally the text is white but sometimes it turns solid black.

When are your files deleted?: 15 days after last download

Also files should never be deleted "EVER" for someone who is paying for a premium (minus DMCA of course)

WHAT? Now I definitely am not using you. That's ridiculous. I'd be reuploading non stop. Waste of time. Dude you really need to look at other hosts and see what they offer then try to reasonably match that or you won't be able to compete.

Where does it say that? As I've explained before, Premium users CANNOT upload so that is obviously a typo somewhere. For goodness sake stop being so dramatic.

Wait what? Premium users cannot upload? What kind of host are you trying to run here? So you put in all these limitations on uploaders for them to purchase a premium account but now you're saying Premium users CANNOT upload? I don't get it.

Things have changed since the original post!
We do not work like a regular host because it doesn't make sense to run a host as you've described it. We do not see a requirement to charge uploaders at all.
Since you cannot be bothered to read the entire thread look at this page:

Regular registered members get unlimited storage, can upload 10GB files.
Only downloaders are required to buy a premium account to download files faster.

Now I suggest you do some reading so I can spend time fixing the server that is down and not responding to your stupid questions. ;)
