Yeah I did, no plans to change the PPD rates just yet. We're going to establish a good user base of PPD affiliates, close PPD applications and then re-adjust the PPD rates as necessary.

Why don't you actually do something about the reports that I am submitting then? The report function is a total waste of time, the only help I've ever received is from dealing directly via PM to a mod or an admin (namely M). You've even replied below a post I've reported, total joke.
