Help with bought ads

Hello guys. I just recieved an email from a guy that wants his banner on a page of my website. This is the first time someone asks me this so I don't know how to respond.. Like how much am I going to let him pay? Impressions or clicks? And how can I calculate how many impressions or clicks that banner recieved? Is there a kind of plugin for wordpress that calculates impressions or clicks of a banner or something similar?
Please help me out guys.. Thanks

If you install jetpack, you can see the stats of links to external sites.

But easier is just payment per month irrespective of the number of impressions or clicks.

Thanks for help, monthly fee semms a great idea and way more easier than monitoring impressions and clicks :D
