can anyone help me i want to install a vBulletin forum i have a .info Domaim with hosting account but i am new here. I dont know any coding . If anyone could install the forum for me it would be greatly appricated if somebody could.
You should consider asking your current host to give you a hand with setup and initial security/configuration of the forum since you are new to it, I'm sure they could give you lots of pointers and advice as well.
Most shared hosts should be more then happy to give you a hand with your site.
If you have no idea where to start, first make a database with user and password. Then in your includes folder there will be a file called something like: config.php.new. Open this is a text editor and edit the required info then save and take away the .new
