If you mean pc, like keylogger or bots then almost everyone hacked at some point if they download something from warez forum or public torrent.
With website not so many, it usually need some reason.
Anyway, I would not say never because if I remember right, there is not websites what can not hack someway.
I have once lost over 100 from my paypal acc but I got all back

Yes, Hotmail, gmail and fb ac were hacked, coz all of them had the same pass

I have been hacked once in my whole life..!!
Hacking is my passion & I'm Professional hacker since 6 years but 1 year ago, I did hacked all dedicated servers in my university (Lab A) but after 2 days later they caught me with the help of CCTV camera footage.
I got Discipline Case-Notice...
During investigation by the Admin Staff, IT Department and with the help of footage's of CCT Cameras, it has been established that you were found involved in hacking dedicated servers in the university. On the recommendation of the Committee, the University Competent Authority has made the following decisions in this regard.
You have been suspended from the university for one semester, (fall 2010).
I did promised to my GOD that i will never try to hack anything in university/office.

my computer got hacked totally
a guy from brazil gave me a link n requested me to keep his radio website link in my website
he was asking for many months finally i agreed one day
n try opened that website
but that website was not loading it keeps loading loading loading for long time ..n he said me to download java..which has been installed already..
he gave me direct java link i downloaded java ...
after 3 hours my mozilla get crashed..my system get hang..n shutdown
he hacked all my details..and same next day again it happened
finally i format my whole system...n from Google team i got my all communities
i think he has used key logger to hack my system
