I want to know how many of you guys/girls have been hacked and what was the thing that was hacked.

Never been hacked once, i also don't give out any server, ftp, cpanel access ever.

Only time one has ever got anything from my site was when i made someone admin here ( so called trusted lol ) and he took a backup of my custom ipb skin i made )

Yup about 4 years ago. Was a free forum (Yeah, I used them.) I got hacked then moved on to vb and was fine.

ive been hacked once in my whole internet experience life you can call it..

about 4 years ago I ran a private game server (knight online) similar to WOW which really fast, got really popular..

now with game servers are a lot like sites... the better the files you have and the more popular you are, the more people hate you..

So i ran this on a dedi with windows server 2003, and for my panel i had xampp..

Well, someone found an exploit in apache and through it, injected a back door to get remote access to my server..

When i got home, connected to my dedi, i saw someone raring up ALL my files..

He got some files but couldnt do shit cas they were encrypted..

After that, i went to a good buddy named jonny and he basically taught me all I needed to know about securing shit up.. Since then, even though linux servers i basically suck at, windows server im beast

I've been keylogged once and the hacker got all my info. incl. sites, facebook, rapidshare, megaupload accounts... finally i got my whole data back. and the hacker also posted some wired shit on mY Facebook. and even demanded $100 for my site lol.
The only thing i lost was megaupload account.
