remote upload speed is not stable..sometimes its 100-500kb/sec and sometimes its 2-3mb/sec !..not 100kb/sec..could you scott fix it please?

if you change whenever you want you must disable security lock and confirm with a link in your email then security lock is disabled and then you can change everything...
