Graphic Req For School in Third World Country

Need Logo and few other graphic works done for a school in Bangladesh. This is a charity work(Please don't expect anything in return).
I'm building their site for free and bearing all other costs.
I'm expecting WJ GFX grp to have a look on this issue.

What i need atm is a new version of the previous logo & favicon, which can be integrated with the site. Any size is okay(350x120 preffered). Please create a new version of the icon and keep the english text from original logo.

Ask if any other information needed.

Note: Anyone else want to contribute in other way are welcome.

Yeh just saw the thread, to be honest I cant see much you can do with this logo if your wanting the old one adapting.

If you are wanting to then I can change the font around for better effects? I am just heading to bed i will do some more tomorrow.

Trying to keep it professional then change the Latest Notices font...etc:
