As everything has been settled down, we have a very clear view at the situation now.
What happened exactly is that the databases servers went offline due to some updates, and they weren't able to restart.
However, that's not the problem since we have DB backup servers that supposed to go online in such cases, but due to the main firewall the database backup servers were denied by the main servers and the main resources closed all ports (including the ones that makes the website working) in order to protect itself from attacks (while there was no attacks, but the database backup servers tried to send the main servers the DB files, and the main server considered them as an attacks due to the random IP's that database servers use instead of the whitelisted IPs).
It's a stupid failure, that caused huge disaster.
We need to reduce the level of frustrating that our partners have, by compensating them for 24 hours instead of 10 hours (the downtime period).
It's totally our failure, so we gonna pay for it. I promised our IT team that no one will get any salary this month if the website went offline again, as it's very sensitive time and no one would be able to see such thing again, nethirher me.

I am really sorry for that very long downtime. We never had such long downtime and the most frustrating part that it happened because of us, not something that was out of our control. I am admitting this and apologizing with 24h 2x rates which is the least I can offer after our failure.
