I have a problem.

When I hit play I get this error message: "the media could not be loaded, either because the server or network failed or because the format is not suported".

A few hours ago the videos worked perfectly.
 
Hi GO,

I think don't think its individual, because they all work on mobile. On desktop I can't see them on my site or your site. I have cleared my cache, tried different browsers and tried on VPN, but still didn't work.

Yes, accept my apology for this situation. We had a router failure which should be fixed very shortly. Everything else should work as expected though, so no worries.
