Looks like we have got an invalid response from the upstream server. That’s all we know.

No worries. Updating embeds and moving them into dedicated DB. Once it’s back in few minutes please check how fast embeds are loading. Should load much faster than before, so please keep me posted.
 
Now everything works fine. Upload zoom at high speed :thumbsup:
Thank you for the update. Since COVID-19 started the traffic we received is more than the double compared to January of this year and that’s because of the lockdown in many countries. The huge load we received overloaded and harmed our resources for the past 3 days which caused some errors. Anyway, what we have been doing is adjusting our backend resources and expanding their abilities instead of ordering new ones, but few hours our team recommended me to order new slave databases (mirrors) and dedicated them for the embeds alone so they load faster and don’t harm other mirrors and reduce the load in total and avoid such errors.
 
The website is unstable, and 502 bad or 500 errors often appear. I hope that this situation will not happen again in the future... I hope to maintain 99% online time every month...your service is good, but a stable website and permanent online time are essential thank you

Kindly clear your cache and everything should be fine with no issues at all. Your browser may saved cache from the past 3 days but once cache is cleared you should be working steady.

I've been using private window all the time, but you can't be sure that every viewer knows the "clean cache." they just know that the video can't be watch
