About

The GO Unlimited service, which may be known by the name of many of you, is one of the oldest services specialized in the field of video hosting. Hello.

@GO Unlimited any idea when the issue with changing snapshots will be resolved? I sent you a PM yesterday, but you didn't respond (or maybe didn't get a chance to read it).

It's completely impossible to change snapshots now.... at first, refreshing a few times got it to work, but now doesn't work at all. It's just leads to the 500 error page and nothing else happens.

Some of the auto-generated snapshots are just.... not good, so it's necessary to change them, but it really is impossible.

I have cleared cache, cookies, changed browsers (firefox, brave, opera and even the new edge browser)... nothing works for it.

I thought you sent a PM to ProStream which is why I left the case to him. I understand your frustration about the snapshot bug but we have been delayed of fixing this bug due to the back-end updates we have been working on during the past 3 days as you have seen. However, we're currently focusing on the snapshot changing error in order to fix it. I will keep your PM for reference to update you through it once I get an update from our dev team.

Oh, I'm sorry for the misunderstanding.

Yes, I sent the pm to you (titled ""500 Error on changing snapshots""), even with a few link examples as well.


And yes, I know there have been other issues to resolve, just had hopes this would be an easy fi and that it hadn't been forgotten.

I really hope you can solve it soon, cause some of the auto-generated images really are bad LOL

I understand. I have a sport website and the auto-generated snapshot is leaking the match results which is annoying me as fuck. Don’t worry. Gonna take care of this issue ASAP.

Thank you for your feedback. Our rates are average and not low and not high as well. There is hosts with higher rates and there is ones with lower rates. We focus on stability of PPV program more than offering high rates and then decrease them after a while and then increase them and so on...

Our rates are stable since 2016 and no major changes were made regarding this matter and no changes will be taken in the future. Every host is focusing on a specific thing and our thing is stability, while other hosts focus on higher rates, which force them to made major changes to their rates once a while and it may affect many users to have different rates every week but some other users may like that as well so that's why every host have its own loyal users.

You contacted me asking me to upgrade some Arabic countries rates and I told you I am not that kind of admins who upgrade some countries to attract you and after wasting your time with uploading and sharing I shock you with decreasing these rates, so I told you that our rates are fixed and won't be changed so if you don't like them you can find another host to fit with and I have said that as a matter of respect to your work because as I said I don't want to waste your time and then change my word which has been give to you.

Anyway, for some reason you came again now and published your feedback which I am thankful for, but I will repeat again, for the sake of respect to your work, I didn't increase the Arabic countries rates because I am sure we will have to downgrade them again after a while or otherwise we gonna downgrade other countries for the sake of these Arabic countries and I am not going to take a country money to pay another country traffic because other users are sending high quality traffic from top paid GEO's and we're forced to pay them what they deserve.
