I checked an play perfect. :ok_hand: When the video is just uploaded and under encoding or while it is automatically moved to a specific server it happens that such error occurs, just wait a little bit more before you report that it does not work.

I'm having the same problem. Before this, when I clicked on file that still encoding, it will show the conversion progress or what is the queue number for encoding. But now it just redirect to sample video
