About

The GO Unlimited service, which may be known by the name of many of you, is one of the oldest services specialized in the field of video hosting. The goal of the service has always been to ensure the provision of a secure and stable platform for its long-term partners, in addition to providing features and characteristics commensurate with their aspirations and of course renewed development in order to ensure keeping pace with industry requirements.

In the year 2020, we seek to transfer the service from the field of traditional video hosting to integrated solutions in this field, by providing advanced tools, some of which were not previously proposed or used in this field, in order to keep pace with the development contained in this industry and its requirements.

Yes, this is the number of people who attempted to view your videos but weren’t counted either because of ADB or not completing 5% of the video. The normal average 30/100 with all hosts but it can be more or less depending on many factors.

Thank you for participating in the referendum that was launched yesterday. The number of posts exceeded 1800. Fortunately, more than 83% of the poll results were positive.

We are working hard now to review the observations and suggestions put forth by the referendum in order to ensure that the level of satisfaction of our partners is maintained, as the time changes daily and the requirements of the partners may vary from time to time and it is our duty to keep abreast of time changes.

Please also know that we are unhappy with some of the responses that we do not think are negative but somewhat offensive, as some accuse us of not complying with our promises regarding the compensation program, despite the payments we already made and the new program that we all promised.

According to our terms and conditions of service agreed upon by the partner from the beginning, we are not obligated to compensate for any loss of files, but as a gesture of respect from us we launched this program in an effort to enhance the user's trust in us.

If the service administration decides to leave the service and shut down all servers, everyone will have to re-upload its content to another service, and it will do so without any financial compensation, so I wonder what frustrates some if what they do comes in return for compensation? It does not make sense that you accept the termination of service with great openness and you are fighting a compensation offered by a service.

The compensation program previously offered was exaggerated, as some of the users who were affected with a value equivalent to $ 100-200 received compensation amounting to $ 6000, and users with daily earnings equivalent to 0.2 got compensation in the amount of at least $ 250. Despite this, the comments about this program were not positive, but rather a focus was placed on the negative aspects of the program and seeking to frustrate those in charge of the site about this program.

Given the aforementioned, we previously decided to suspend the compensation program in terms of amounts and launch a program that compensates users with an amount equivalent to the size of the damage incurred only, so that the user does not receive any material compensation except for a material loss equivalent to the value of this compensation. We are still not obligated to offer this program, but we cannot leave our partners who wasted their precious time by re-uploading for free so we decided not to cancel the program as it is such a step that might reduce the level of mutual trust.

If you have suggestions or comments, you can always share them with respect to us and you will only find from us mutual respect and listen to your suggestion and even even if possible implement it. Either using the language of attack or violence will not come as a result of the parties, but will complicate the problem and make its solution impossible. Always remember that our presence here is one goal and it is your logistical support as an important partner in the service, and not arguing with you for what does not benefit us or benefit you. It is believed that most of you if you are not all business owners with long capacity and able to communicate well with others just as you deal with visitors to your sites.

Bader Alajmi promoted me to work as admin with ProStream and gave me all powers to manage the service with you. Our goal is one, and it is building a platform that we can all benefit from and develop it to suit all our aspirations, so I hope that I will be at the best of everyone's expectations and that you will welcome me as a partner with you.

I will be with you daily to provide the required support and inform you of future updates and plans.

The only action taken is to keep Bader Alajmi away from public support, just nothing else.

We do not think that Bader Alajmi is the right person to communicate with the partners as he is exposed to many work pressures, including more than 50 projects and websites that are under his control and require daily management, which increases the pressure on him and a degree that affects his level of dealing with the partners. You cannot expect Bader Alajmi to be patient with all these pressures, so it is not appropriate to have him facade with the public.

We voted unanimously that he takes the management of the backend only besides the financial matters, without being exposed to any task of communicating with the public.

The decision is in everyone's interest, including the site team. In short, only the person you contact for support will change. Bader Alajmi and ProStream remain the service owners.

Okay sir, I understand. I think it is the right thing to do that sir Bader will not be exposed in here anymore.
Specially this negative users. No matter what decision sir Bader mades, I fully respect him.
He is a kind person and I owe him so much. Never meet such a good and kind person online.
I surely miss him here, but it is for the best. So happy now that he will have peace of mind.
Also I am happy that Sir Bader wont leave Go.

Okay sir thank you, I hope he reply me back when he gots back. Im damn crying right now because he is such a good person. He don't deserve to be bashed and criticized by this selfish users. I am so sad right now, It is not about the compensation but the negative behavior thrown to him that he experienced after being so kind to the users. They cant see how good and kind he is. I have so much respect to sir Bader not only a boss but a true friend.
Probably without him, I am still crawling in the ground experiencing poverty together with my family.

If they only knew... damn ungrateful users.
Now, they can not hurt him anymore.

In any case, he is compelled to take this measure to complete the PhD thesis this summer, so whether or not we perform this procedure from now on, he will be required to be absent in the summer. Therefore, we cannot blame anything or anyone about this matter.

One person cannot manage the service forever. That’s why some hosts dies earlier, one man management. Rather, there must be an existing team to work in case the service owners are busy for any reason, such as Bader Alajmi processing his PhD. If there was no existing team to manage the site in his absence, the level of service would have deteriorated.

Therefore, I would like to mention that removing him from some tasks was related to his personal interest in completing the study and not for any other reason.
