Please also know that we are unhappy with some of the responses that we do not think are negative but somewhat offensive, as some accuse us of not complying with our promises regarding the compensation program, despite the payments we already made and the new program that we all promised.
According to our terms and conditions of service agreed upon by the partner from the beginning, we are not obligated to compensate for any loss of files, but as a gesture of respect from us we launched this program in an effort to enhance the user's trust in us.
If the service administration decides to leave the service and shut down all servers, everyone will have to re-upload its content to another service, and it will do so without any financial compensation, so I wonder what frustrates some if what they do comes in return for compensation? It does not make sense that you accept the termination of service with great openness and you are fighting a compensation offered by a service.
The compensation program previously offered was exaggerated, as some of the users who were affected with a value equivalent to $ 100-200 received compensation amounting to $ 6000, and users with daily earnings equivalent to 0.2 got compensation in the amount of at least $ 250. Despite this, the comments about this program were not positive, but rather a focus was placed on the negative aspects of the program and seeking to frustrate those in charge of the site about this program.
Given the aforementioned, we previously decided to suspend the compensation program in terms of amounts and launch a program that compensates users with an amount equivalent to the size of the damage incurred only, so that the user does not receive any material compensation except for a material loss equivalent to the value of this compensation. We are still not obligated to offer this program, but we cannot leave our partners who wasted their precious time by re-uploading for free so we decided not to cancel the program as it is such a step that might reduce the level of mutual trust.
If you have suggestions or comments, you can always share them with respect to us and you will only find from us mutual respect and listen to your suggestion and even even if possible implement it. Either using the language of attack or violence will not come as a result of the parties, but will complicate the problem and make its solution impossible. Always remember that our presence here is one goal and it is your logistical support as an important partner in the service, and not arguing with you for what does not benefit us or benefit you.
