If you are a Trusted Member all uploaded videos are converted in High Quality over 720p, if you aren't all your mp4 uploads are playable but without conversion.

Yes we check and analyze our traffic for tier 4 but we will make a decision about rates starting from next month once compensation program will be finished.

OKAY. I keep my word :) that is, if my application for compensation for refunds / refund of 3-month earnings or doubling 2 withdrawals will not be considered this month, the money will be forfeited ??
 
Guy's can you please consider Upgrading the rates for other lower teir's. Since Onlystream is already part of your team, Maybe they can help. Because they have higher rates from our country before in ph. But if its about the counting of views. GU is always ahead for me, hundreds or thousands or so. If only possible. Because I know GU only accept clean ads. Which is really user friendly. But only if possible. Please consider my request if possible for everyone. :beers: :beers: :beers:
