Hello sorry to disturb you guys but I need some help.

When trying to put the link of the mp4 file on my website it works but after some time, the file mostly gets a 404 error as in the token expired? Is it true that I have to use some sort of API? I am pretty new to API so if you are able to tell me on how to keep the token updated and only have the website access the file that would be good. Or am I required to use your guys embeded video?

Sorry for the not great english but I tried to explain it in a good way possible.

at present,FTP I upload 20 videos, 19 of which are black and cannot be played I've uploaded these video many times, and the problem still exists
