I have over 5k videos on my account and I can safely delete 90% of them.
Do re-uploaded videos have to be exactly the same? My backup has the same video but maybe different release group or different quality. Does that count?

Also: How would I provide proof that I re-uploaded?

We have to delete all videos before upload them.
i read there is a compensation, 1$ per video, what must be done to obtain this compensation ?

I think they can see the "history" of your account (when you deleted videos, when you uploaded them again). I just starded upload everything
