I think the solution is to move all old files to new servers "without users have to ask you to manually move it 1 by 1" till you fix that issue or upgrade its resources

If you're not comfortable with the downloads we can disable it for you.Test it for yourself. Downloads are NOT counting although always stated otherwise here.
For this purpose I made a fresh account with no views / downloads. Just one file.
When I open the viewing page and start the view it is counted normally.
Then, with a fresh IP and browser (with no ad blockers or addons), open that page again, go to download right away without viewing before, start and complete it it says 1 download but there is no revenue.
I've seen users reporting this here before but nothing changed.
The solution to disable the download function is not really helpful.
Admin, check this for yourself and see if you have different results or please tell me what I am doing wrong.

I understand you sir, and nothing is wrong with what you said. However, I said they're listed together but never said they're combined.This is again exact the same answer I always read here.
I DO NOT want to forbid downloads to my users but as I tried to explain here you claim that downloads count like views but in fact they don't.
If you said that only views count that would be fine and the truth, instead you only offer to deactivate the download function. You also say that views and downloads are shown "combined" in the stats. Not true because downloads count but there is no revenue for them.
As I was not sure if it's really not counting I explained here in detail that indeed they do not count at all. And repeating the same answer is not a solution, sorry.

As for the uploads, I can see more than 40k video being uploaded into our servers per hour with no issues at all, no one else reported (I can't upload to GO Unlimited) so far so it's your own problem not ours. If it's a major issue you would see this thread full of similar reports.
The only reason why our host is the most reliable in this industry since 2016, is that we're doing our best; and in case you don't want to thank us, that wouldn't be a problem since we're not working to hear your thanks messages nor we depend on your thanks, but if you want to keep posting unthankful messages here, you're not welcome. You're a user with more than 10 payouts proceed, which means you're a partner who knows the service very well, and even so; when the encoding queue is a little bit overloaded you post your awful comments here like it's the end of the world, while the whole case can be avoided simply by the solution mentioned above.
By the way; did you thank us for the payouts you got not confirmed any in this forum? Nope.

Go ahead and check other hosts threads to see how reliable we're and how fast our support and payouts is besides the stability level our service has that has been never offered in this industry.
