I apologize for the lack of response via the PM, but I preferred to not send any replies till I hear back from our IT team. We’re still not able to face the same error you described.


I sent you an example (the top example), if you use this example for testing, you should get the same error, if not, then it will probably only affect my account, then you could do it with my API Try Login + Key.

Then you should definitely get the same mistake as me, I mean the message actually says it all right?
"You are not allowed to upload files", maybe you have a complete example of how to create a Local File Upload through your API?

Then I could test it, and maybe this can make the problem, I just want to help you to fix the error, I know several people who receive the same error regardless of me / my example.
Unfortunately, we can only go to the information from the API Docs. Nevertheless Thanks for the feedback, I understand in any case that you provide a lot of support at the moment, and that makes you great, because others can really take an example of it.


By the way: Your stream play buffers extream long (compared to other Stream Hosters at least 10-15 seconds at the beginning more, where you have to wait as a user), here at Central Europe Locations, do you know anything about it? Tested on several System & Locations with cache deleted. (Example Germany, Netherlands)

Thank you for the time you spent typing that. I am more than thankful. We received multiple reports about such problem and not only from you, but most users didn't help us with helpful informations like you.
 
I'm still having problems with thumbnail videos. They doesn't appears, and can't do it manually one by one if I upload 300 videos. That's a waste of time. Can you fix it? Thanks!

Our IT team located the source of the problem since couple of days, and currently working on it. It's affecting limited videos only, but it's a high priority task on our list.

Can we load subtitles directly in URL?
For example, in Openload it's possible to load external subtitles from URL in video, and it will automatically load the subtitle in video:

In Rapidvideo the same:

I understand your concerns, very well actually. I am a webmaster of many warez websites and I know how it feels to lose your hard work when a host goes offline with your files, specially if you have many with that host, that's why I established GO Unlimited (You can read more here). But we just invested $4,310 yesterday to buy more servers and one of them will arrive by tomorrow and the rest within the second week of this month.

I repeat, if other hosts are going offline that's their problem. We're doing very well, and I can see another 4 years ahead besides the 4 years we spent.

I previously said “ASAP”, because to be honest I don’t have any clear ETA. We’re adding more servers on daily basis and upgrading the current servers, so we’re somehow super busy with this high priority tasks.

Your feedback is important to us as well, and that why it’s on our list. But as I said, I can’t provide you with any ETA’s.

btw. what happened to custom snapshot image upload? it's no longer available.
not enough that all new uploads don't have any image generated (just pale blue background https://prnt.sc/njdszw), now you can not even change it to your own image.

Hello,

1 MAY Was an official holiday as you know. We don’t process payouts during holidays and weekends.
All payouts requested on 31 April and 1 MAY Should be sent to PopCash by today.

However, uploading custom snapshot has been temporary terminated. You can choose another snapshot within the video; the system will generate you 6 snapshots to choose between them.
