When you share a screenshot of an approved payout you get a 5% bounce, and you can do it forever so there is no restrictions of sharing. It’s a lifetime bounce.

I tested from a Netherlands RDP and got 21 Mbps. Please send me additional details through a PM such as the location of the used device besides the ISP so I can take a closer look into it.
I also checked on connections from 3 different countries, it works perfectly. Just try to reset your IP and restart your modem and try again.
Done.
