Update: Double Rates started from now, and will remain for the whole week. Additional streaming servers has been added to kill the buffering and offer excellent experience.

We also may extend the double rates period for more than week if we had the financial ability to do so. We truly apologize for such failure and promise that such mistake will never ever happen in the future.

Exactly. The problem lies here.
every single video error people will have to PM and give you links to manually delete so there will be thousands of PM every hour and you will not be able to handle it.
I would like to suggest that the reuploaded user videos will be taken to the new server so the video will work fine

I understand your decisions, and don't blame you. Since 5 years, we never had such situation, and now we have two during the same year, but keep in mind this time only less than 40% are affected.

Thank you but it's mine. I also expect less efforts from partners than the one they provided before. But I am not thinking about the short term. I am pretty sure in the long term their satisfaction level will be almost full.

Dead files will be counted whenever the visitor click. Even working files are counted whenever the user slick, since more than 3 weeks, but the minimum is 1 minute for the video length but that doesn't mean the viewer should watch that 1 minute.

Hello....

So I read this correctly, I just lost about 700 videos overnight again? Sigh... just when my website was starting to pick back up in views and visitors.

Will the files be recovered in the 25 days period maximum? or did we completely lose the files? Because I can't reupload everything once again, and I honestly just rather just keep putting up new content instead of going back to fix the old ones except the extremely important ones.
